Use Tooling (A) to install seal (18). Install backup ring (17). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (16).
Use Tooling (A) to install seal (15).

Install seal (14) along with backup seal (13) into bearing (11).
Install bearing (11) onto the gears assembly.

Install gear assembly (10) and bearing (11) onto end plate (12).

Install seal (8) and backup ring (9) into bearing (7). Install bearing (7) onto the gear assembly.

Install O-ring seal (6) on the body assembly.
Install O-ring seal (5) on end plate.

Install body assembly (4) and end plate (3). Install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
Install fittings (2). Tighten large fitting (2) to a torque of 120 12 N m (89 9 lb ft).
Tighten small fitting (2) to a torque of 60 6 N m (44 4 lb ft). End By:
Install the gear pump.
