Disassembly Of Trolling Valve Unit
1. Remove the three socket screws securing the trolling valve assembly to the manifold assembly. The trolling valve must be out of detent position to avoid fly-up of the trolling valve assembly due to spring compression.2. Remove the plunger piston as well as the springs, ball and retainer plate.3. Remove the detent plug with the detent spring and ball.4. With the trolling stem in upward position, tap out the two dowel pins through the hole provided in the cam trolling stem.5. Tap out the cam trolling stem from the trolling valve body and remove the O-ring seal from the lever.
