8. Remove plugs (22), (23) and (24) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seals from plugs (22) and (23).9. Remove valve (25) and spring (26) from beneath plug (24). Remove O-ring seal (27) from plug (24). 10. Remove two bolts (28) and housing (29) from valve body (1). Remove the O-ring seal from beneath housing (29). 11. Remove valve spool group (30) from valve body (1). 12. Disassemble valve spool group (30). Remove the bolt, washer (37), outside retainer (33), spring (36), spring (32) and inside retainer (31) from spool (34). Remove shim (35) from the outside retainer. 13. Remove two bolts (38) and the washers. Remove housing (39) from the main implement control valve housing. Remove the O-ring seal from the housing. 14. Remove the fitting and plug (40) from the main implement control valve housing.15. Remove spring (42) and valve (41) from the main implement control valve housing. Remove O-ring seal (43) from plug (40). 16. Remove three plugs (44) from the main implement control valve housing. Remove the spring and valve from under each plug as in STep 15. Remove the O-ring seal from each plug. 17. Remove relief valves (45) and (46) from the main implement control valve housing. 18. Disassemble relief valves (45) and (46) as follows:a. Remove O-ring seals (48) and (49) from the valve body.b. Remove retainer assembly (47) from valve body (55).c. Remove washer (51), spring (52), plate (53) and valve (54) from valve body (55).d. Remove O-ring seal (50) from retainer assembly (47). 19. Remove the bolts and washers that hold two housings (56) to the main implement control valve housing. Remove the two housings. Remove the O-ring seal under each housing. 20. Remove the bolts and washers that hold two housings (57) to the main implement control valve housing. Remove the two housings. Remove the O-ring seal under each housing. 21. Remove two valve spool assemblies (58) from the main implement control valve housing. 22. Disassemble valve spool assemblies (58). Remove the bolt, washer (65), outside retainer (61), spring (65), spring (60) and inside retainer (59) from spool (62). Remove shim (63) from outside retainer (61).Assemble Main Implement Control Valve
The following procedure is for a main implement control valve equipped with an attachment control valve (three spool). Use the relevant steps of the procedure for a standard main implement control valve (two spool).1. Be sure all parts of the main implement control valve are thoroughly clean and free of dirt and debris prior to assembly. Put clean hydraulic oil on the valve components during assembly.2. Check the condition of all O-ring seals and back-up rings used in the main implement control valve. If the seals and rings are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. During assembly of the main implement control valve, be sure all parts are reinstalled in their original locations. 3. Assemble valve spool assemblies (8). Install the original thickness shim (5) on outside retainer (3). Install inside retainer (1), spring (2),
