Information:

Refer to the hot oil under pressure warning in the front of this manual.
1. Mark or identify hoses for installation. Disconnect nine hoses (1). Plug or cap off immediately.2. Mark or identify electrical connectors for installation. Disconnect six electrical connectors (2) from the solenoids.3. Remove four bolts (3). Remove three stack valve (4). For disassembly of the control valve refer to the illustration in the Specifications module. All valve components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate all moving parts with clean oil during assembly. Assemble valve with all new seals. For installation of the three stack valve, reverse the removal steps.
