The label in Illustration 4 is used in the following locations:
In the Static Switch Cabinet on the clear covers that are over the static switch heat sinksThe following items that are associated with the heat sinks are electrically charged when the system is charged: heat sinks, the nuts, the bolts and mounting hardware. The hardware that is associated with mounting the clear cover to the heat sinks is electrically live at a hazardous voltage level. Contact may lead to severe injury or death. Power must be removed from this portion of the system prior to servicing these parts. While the power is on, caution should be taken in order to not contact the parts in this cabinet.

"Risk of Electric Shock and Electric Energy - High Current Levels. Disconnect and Discharge DC Capacitor Bank Prior to Servicing. See manual for instructions."The label in Illustration 5 is used in the following locations:
Inside the control cabinet on the clear cover
Inside the inverter cabinet on the sheet metal panel behind the door
Inside the Flywheel Cabinet on the sheet metal behind the doorThe DC bus of this system can maintain a charge sufficient to cause a shock and energy hazard even when all external sources of power are removed. This hazard can cause serious injury or death. Perform the procedure for isolating and discharging the DC bus prior to servicing.
Illustration 6 g01312406
"Warning: Risk of Electrocution. This Unit Receives Power From More Than One Source"The label in Illustration 6 is used in the following location:
Inside of the Flywheel Cabinet to alert service personnel that there are two separate sources of power that are connected to this equipment. To safely service this cabinet, the AC and DC sources must be isolated separately. Failure to remove power from the equipment could cause serious injury or death. A disconnect switch is provided for AC and DC power. Service personnel should keep in mind the input side of these disconnect switches is still live.

"DC Disconnect Only - AC Power Must Be Removed Separately."
The label in Illustration 7 is used inside the Flywheel Cabinet adjacent to the DC disconnect switch to alert service personnel that there are two separate sources of power connected to this equipment. To safely service this cabinet, the AC and DC sources must be isolated separately. Failure to remove power from the equipment could cause serious injury or death.

"Red - Do Not Operate DC Disconnect Switch"
Illustration 9 g01312547
"Green - OK To Operate DC Disconnect Switch"
The label in Illustration 8 and the label in Illustration 9 are used inside the Flywheel Cabinet to indicate that the DC disconnect switch should, or should not be operated, corresponding to the lights on the panel adjacent to the switch.Failure to follow these instruction may lead to damage to the equipment, and in some cases serious injury or death. Review the service manual for proper procedures for putting the equipment into the correct state for operating the isolation switch.
