Lower the temperature of bearings (19) and (20) . Use Tooling (D) in order to install bearings (19) and (20) .

Install pin (11) that held the head end of the bucket cylinder. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to extendable stick (12) . The weight of extendable stick (12) is approximately 170 kg (375 lb). Pad (18) was left on the stick during the removal of the extendable stick.

Install bolts (17) to the top of the extendable stick.

Install block (13) . Install bolts (14) , (15) , and (16) .
Place suitable cribbing (9) under the rod end of extendable stick cylinder (8) .

Retract extendable stick cylinder (8) and install pin (10) . Remove suitable cribbing (9) .

Install cover (6) and bolts (7) .

Place bracket (4) and hose assemblies (3) into position. Install bolts (5) .

Install the bucket cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Cylinder - Remove and Install".
Install the bucket linkage. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Linkage - Remove and Install".
