Position hinge (48) and install four bolts (47) to radiator (46) .
Repeat Step 7 for the other three hinges.

Connect four hose assemblies (45) to axle oil coolers (44) .

Connect hose assemblies (42) and (43) (not shown) to condenser (41) .

Connect hose assembly (40) to fuel cooler (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan spider (39). The weight of fan spider (39) is 35 kg (78 lb).
Install fan spider (39) and six bolts (38) (not shown).

Install guard assembly (36), bolts (35) and (37) .

Install guard assembly (31), bolts (30), (32), (33) and (34) .

Install guard assembly (26), bolts (25), (27), (28) and (29) .

Install guard assembly (22), bolts (19), (20), (21), (23) and (24) .

Install tube assembly (17). Tighten two hose clamps (18) .
Tighten two hose clamps (16) .
Install tube assembly (14). Tighten two hose clamps (15) .
Install bolt (13) .
Tighten two hose clamps (12) .

Install inlet tube (8). Tighten two hose clamps (10) .
Tighten two hose clamps (6) .
Install outlet tube (7). Tighten two hose clamps (11) .
Install clamp (9) and the bolt.
Tighten two hose clamps (5) .

Connect hose assembly (3) to fuel cooler (4) .Note: Perform Step 29 for machines with dual fuel tanks only.

Install four clips (2) and four bolts (1) .End By:
Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install."
Install the radiator header tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Tank (Header) - Install".
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
Install the engine bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Engine) - Remove and Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
