Remove the bolts and move service lock valve (10) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assembly (11) from the fuel level sensor that is located on the top of fuel tank (12) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (13) from fuel tank (12) .
Remove the bolts and valve block (14) out of the way.

Remove bolts (15) and strap (16) .
Slide fuel tank (12) outward. Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (12). The weight of fuel tank (12) is approximately 80 kg (176 lb). Remove fuel tank (12) from the machine.Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (12). The weight of fuel tank (12) is approximately 80 kg (176 lb). Lift fuel tank (12) into position. Slide fuel tank (12) into the machine.
Install strap (16) and bolts (15) .

Install valve block (14) and the bolts.
Connect hose assemblies (13) to fuel tank (12) .

Connect harness assembly (11) to the fuel level sensor that is located on the top of fuel tank (12) .

Place service lock valve (10) into position and install the bolts.

Install access panel (6), access panel (9), access panel (8), and bolts (7) .

Place the front drum assembly into position. Install bolts (4) to each side of the oscillating hitch assembly. Tighten bolts (5) and bolts (4) .
Remove the suitable lifting device from the machine.

Manually extend hydraulic cylinder (3). Install pin (2) and the bolt.

Install front cover (1) and the bolts.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the rear of the machine and remove the blocks.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the front of the machine and remove the blocks.
Fill the fuel tank.
