Drain the fuel from the fuel tank into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Disconnect hose assembly (2).
Remove bolts (3) and ventilation system (1) from the duct assembly.

Loosen the clamps and remove tube (4).
Remove the bolts and plate (5).

Disconnect hose assemblies (13), (14), and (16).
Remove the bolts, clamps (10), (11), and (9).
Remove the bolts and bracket (8).
Disconnect tubes assemblies (6), (15), and (7).
Disconnect hose assemblies (17) and (12).

Loosen the clamp and remove hose (22).
Disconnect hose assemblies (21) from the top of fuel tank (23).
Remove the bolt and clamps (19).
Remove the bolts and plate (20).

Disconnect hydraulic fittings (24) from the hydraulic tank.
Remove straps (25) and fuel tank (23). Installation Procedure

Install fuel tank (23) and straps (25).
Connect hydraulic fittings (24) to the hydraulic tank.

Install plate (20) and the bolts.
Install (19) and the bolt.
Connect hose assemblies (21) to the top of fuel tank (23).
Install hose (22) and tighten the clamp.

Connect hose assembly (18).

Connect hose assemblies (12) and (17).
Connect tubes assemblies (7), (15), and (6).
Install bracket (8) and the bolts.
Install clamps (9), (11), (10), and the bolts.
Connect hose assemblies (16), (14), and (13).

Install plate (5) and the bolts.
Install tube (4) and tighten the clamps.

Apply Tooling (A) to the duct assembly. Install ventilation system (1) and bolts (3) onto the duct assembly.
Connect hose assembly (2).
Fill the fuel tank with fuel. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure. End By:
Install the generator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Generator - Remove and Install".
Install the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine - Install".
