AllWe want to hear from you! A survey has been created to get your opinions. A team has been formed in order to investigate how service information (ie Service Magazines, Engine News articles, Service Manuals, and Parts Manuals) are utilized within Caterpillar Dealerships and with Caterpillar Customers. In particular, the use of the paper version of these articles that are mailed on a weekly basis for Service Magazines, and monthly basis for Engine News. If this information was released on a daily basis and available in Caterpillar SIS Web, and possibly a viewable / printable file on the internet, is this a viable option compared to the current paper mailing. We are also reviewing the option of providing a viewable / printable file on the internet for Service Manuals and Parts Manuals.
