Information:

This warning message comes ON when the magnet has been energized more than 7.5 minutes of a 10 minute period. The warning message will remain ON for another 10 minutes in order to determine if the magnet has been ON 75% of the time again. If the magnet is ON for less than 7.5 minutes in a 10 minute period, then the warning message will turn OFF. If the magnet is ON for more than 7.5 minutes in a 10 minute period, the warning message will remain ON.Note: The purpose of this function is to help the operator prevent overheating of the magnet. Overheating the magnet will shorten the life of the magnet. Once the warning message is ON, the magnet must be operated less than 7.5 minutes in a 10 minute period.Test Step 1. OBSERVE THE MESSAGE.
Turn the magnet OFF. Leave the engine running.
Do not operate the magnet for 10 minutes.
Observe the monitor for "OVER 75% D.C." warning message. Expected Result:The warning message will turn OFF after 10 minutes.Results:
YES - The warning message turns OFF after 10 minutes.Repair: Resume normal machine operation. Operate the magnet for no more than 7.5 minutes during a 10 minute period.STOP
