Park the machine on a flat, level surface.
Place the propel lever in NEUTRAL.
Engage the parking brake.
Stop the engine.
Block the wheels.

Loosen the set screw. Rotate needle valve (1) clockwise until the valve seats. Tighten the set screw.Note: Needle valve (1) is located in the engine compartment on the right side of the machine.

Disconnect case drain line (2) from elbow (3) on the right motor.

Assemble Tool A. Connect 90° elbow (4) to elbow (3) on the motor. Connect case drain line (2) to the outlet side of the flow meter.
Start the engine. Operate the engine at 2250 rpm (high idle). Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool D. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).

Move shift switch (7) to HIGH. Move parking brake switch (6) to RELEASE.
Read the flow on the flow meter. The flow should be less than 3.8 L/min (1 US gpm).
Move propel lever (5) out of NEUTRAL (one quarter to one-half full travel).
Record the flow on the flow meter as "right motor case
