Remove clip (1). Position tube assembly (2) and hose assembly (3) to the side. Remove bolts (5). Position bracket (4), hose assembly (3), hose assemblies (6), and tube assembly (2) to the side. Repeat for the other side.

Place suitable cribbing under stick cylinder (11). Use Tooling (B) to remove retaining ring (7). Remove washers (8). Remove pin (9) and shims (10).
Retract stick cylinder (11). Install pin (9). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (7). Attach a suitable lifting device to stick (12). The weight of stick (12) is approximately 230 kg (507 lb).
Remove pin assembly (13). Remove stick (12) and any shims (14) that may be present. Note: Note the location and the quantity of shims (14) for assembly purposes.

Use Tooling (B) to remove retaining ring (7). Remove washers (8) and pin (9). Remove bearing (15) and bearing (16) (not shown). Installation Procedure

Lower the temperature of bearings (15) and (16). Use Tooling (C) to install bearings (15) and (16). Install pin (9) and washers (8). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (7).

Attach a suitable lifting device to stick (12). The weight of stick (12) is approximately 230 kg (507 lb). Install stick (12) and any shims (14) that were present during the removal procedure. Install pin assembly (13). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (7). Remove pin (9).
Extend stick cylinder (11). Install pin (9) along with shims (10) that were present during the removal procedure. Install washers (8). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (7). Remove suitable cribbing from stick cylinder (11).
