Governor
1. Remove fuel injection pump housing and governor from the engine as a unit.2. Remove the governor high idle screw cover (1).

REMOVING ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
12. Adapter assembly.Install Governor
1. Position adapter assembly (12) on fuel injection pump housing so slot in adapter (13) is engaged with groove in rack (14).
INSTALLING ADAPTER HOUSING
12. Adapter assembly. 13. Adapter. 14. Rack.2. Position the cylinder and weight assembly (11) on the adapter assembly (12) and install retaining bolts and lock.
INSTALLING GOVERNOR DRIVE
11. Cylinder and weight assembly. 12. Adapter assembly.3. Install the seat assembly and governor high idle spring in governor housing.4. Position the governor housing (7) on the adapter assembly (12) and install retaining bolts (6).
