Put identification on all electrical wires and hoses connected to the relay valves for correct installation.2. Disconnect electrical wires from switch (5).3. Disconnect three hoses (2), (4) and (6) from the relay valves.4. Remove three bolts (1) that fasten plate (3) to the frame. 5. Disconnect electrical wires from switch (7).6. Disconnect five hoses (8), (9), (10), (11) and (12) from the relay valves. 7. Remove six nuts (13), bolts that fasten the relay valves to the plate. 8. Make a separation of three relay valves (14).Install Brake Relay Valves
1. Make a connection of three relay valves (1). Install the valves on plate (2) with six bolts, nuts, washers and lockwashers. 2. Connect electrical wires to switch (3).3. Connect five hoses (4) to the relay valves. 4. Put the relay valves and plate (2) in position in the frame. Install the three bolts, nuts and lockwashers that fasten the plate to the frame. 5. Connect electrical wires to switch (7).6. Connect three hoses (5), (6) and (8) to the relay valves.Disassemble Brake Relay Valve
start by:a) remove brake relay valve 1. Remove four bolts (1) and remove the cover from housing (2). 2. Remove piston (3) and O-ring seal from cover (4). 3. Remove O-ring seal (5) from housing (2). 4. Remove four screws (6) and cover (7) from the housing. 5. Remove valve (8), spring (9), seal holder (7) and washer from the housing.Assemble Brake Relay Valve
