Position hose assemblies (16) and hose assembly (17). Install grommet (21). Install bracket (20).

Install clamps (19).

Connect hose assembly (17). Install clip (18).

Install clip (15). Connect hose assemblies (16).

Attach a suitable lifting device in order to install door assembly (13). The weight of door assembly is approximately 92 kg (203 lb). Repeat for other door.

Install bolts (12) into both door assemblies (13).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to plate (10). Position plate (10) and install bolts (9). The weight of plate (10) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Repeat in order to install plate (11).

Install bolts (8).

Connect hose (7).

Connect hose (6).

Connect hose (5). Repeat for opposite side.

Connect hoses (4).
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Fill the hydraulic system with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change"
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".

Extend cylinder (1). Install pin (2). Position retainer (3) and install retainer (3).
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cylinder (1) in order to support the cylinder.
