Before the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned in order to prevent contamination of the internal mechanism.Note: Mark all lines and wires for correct installation. Cover all openings in order to prevent contamination of the system.

Disconnect air line (1) from the fuel ratio control.
Remove wire seal (4) from the bolts.
Remove four bolts (3) that hold fuel ratio control (2) to the governor.

The two “tamperproof” bolts (5) and (6) require the use of tool (A) and tool (B) for removal.
Remove the fuel ratio control from the engine. Pull away from the collar at the same time as you pull down from the collar.
