Remove cable straps (1) and remove flame detection temperature sensor (2).

Remove cable straps (4) and disconnect harness assembly (5).
Remove the inlet temperature sensor (3), which is located on the diesel particulate filter. Installation Procedure
Install the flame detection temperature sensor in the reverse order.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads on flame detection temperature sensor (2) and to the threads of inlet temperature sensor (3). Tighten the flame detection temperature sensor (2) and the inlet temperature sensor (3) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
