1 4 6T-1140 Bolt During assembly, lubricate the threads of the bolt with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize. Tighten the bolt on abutment side of track roller cap prior to tightening the bolt on gap side of the track roller cap.
Torque to 750 70 N m (553 52 lb ft).

3 2 162-7862 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber toric seals must be clean and dry at assembly. All surfaces that contact the toric seals must be clean and dry at assembly. At assembly, apply a thin film of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal. Seal rings must be assembled squarely with the bore. The toric ring must not bulge and the toric ring must not be twisted.
4 2 7J-2036 O-Ring Seal Lubricate O-ring seals and the track roller shaft lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
A - - The plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stopper assembly after assembly.
Protrusion of the plug from the stopper assembly is 0.0 to 5.0 mm (0.00 to 0.20 inch).
B - - Distance between the end of the track roller shaft to the seal collar is 57.92 0.13 mm (2.280 0.005 inch).
C - - Dimension for installing the stopper assembly below end of the track roller shaft is 11.0 4.0 mm (0.43 0.16 inch).
