Information:

2. Disconnect decelerator control rod (4).3. Remove tube (1).4. Remove breather tube (3).5. Disconnect fuel lines (2). Put caps on all openings. 6. Remove bolts from bracket (5).7. Remove bolts (6).8. Loosen bolts (7) to prevent damage to seals.9. Fasten a hoist to the fuel injection pump housing and governor. Remove the fuel injection pump housing and governor as a unit. Weight of the unit is 50 lb. (22.6 kg).Install Fuel Injection Pump Housing And Governor
1. Remove the crankcase breather from the valve cover. 2. Remove plug (1) from flywheel housing. 3. Turn crankshaft clockwise as seen from the rear of the machine until a 3/8"-16 NC bolt (2) 2 1/2 in. long can be installed in the flywheel through the timing hole. If timing hole is turned too far, turn crankshaft 720°. Do not turn crankshaft back.4. When No. 1 piston is at (TC) top center compression position, the intake and exhaust rocker arms of No. 1 cylinder can be moved through the breather hole in the valve cover.5. If the rocker arm cannot be moved, remove the timing bolt and turn the crankshaft 360°. Install the timing bolt again. 6. Install tool (A) on the rear face of the accessory drive housing. Install the tool with the dowels in the accessory drive housing in alignment with the dowel holes in the tool.7. Remove tool (A). 8. Fasten a hoist to the fuel injection pump housing and governor.9. Put the fuel injection pump housing and governor in the correct position. 10. Install bolts (7) in the fuel injection pump housing.11. Remove caps from fuel lines.12. Install fuel lines (4).13. Use tool (B) to tighten fuel lines to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (4.1 0.7 mkg).14. Install tube (3).15. Install breather tube (5).16. Connect decelerator control rod (6).17. Turn fuel valve to "ON" position.Separation Of Governor From Fuel Injection Pump Housing
start by: a) remove fuel injection pump housing and governor as a unit 1. Remove the cover (1).2. Remove the screw (2) for the rack stop collar.3. Remove rack stop collar (3).4. Remove the bolts (4) that hold the governor to the housing of injection pumps. 5. Remove the governor housing (5).6. Remove the governor spring and seat assembly from the guide in housing (5).7. Remove the washer type spring (6) from bolt.8. Remove the three bolts (7) and lock that hold the cylinder and weight assemblies (8) to the housing of injection pumps.9. Pull the cylinder and weight assemblies straight out until they are free of dowels. 10. Slide the cylinder and weight assemblies to the side to free the piston from rack (9).Connection Of Governor To Fuel Injection Pump Housing
1. Put the cylinder and weight assemblies (1) in position on the housing of injection pumps so the piston (2) is in correct location on the rack (3).2. Push the cylinder and weight assemblies onto the location dowels. 3. Install the three bolts (4) and lock.4. Install the washer type spring (5) on bolt
