Fast Fill Service Center
Your machine is equipped with a fast fill service center for changing the hydraulic oil. The fast fill service center allows the hydraulic oil to be changed faster than the conventional method.
Operate the machine in order to warm the oil.
Park the machine on a level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground and apply slight downward pressure. Engage the parking brake and stop the engine.

Open the door to the fast fill service center that is on the right side of the machine near the articulation joint. Locate the correct male coupler and connect an oil pump to the fitting.
Turn on the oil pump and withdraw the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic tank for the steering and the brakes. Dispose of the used oil properly.
Turn off the oil pump. Clean the end of the male coupler.
Replace the oil filter. Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Filter (Steering and Braking) - Replace" for the correct procedure.
Connect the oil pump to the male coupler. Fill the hydraulic tank with new oil. Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the type of lubricant.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the refill capacity.
Clean the end of the male coupler and close the door to the fast fill service center.

Stop the engine and top off the hydraulic tank so that the oil level is above the "ADD" mark on the sight gauge. Note: The oil must be free of air bubbles. If air bubbles are present in the hydraulic oil, air is entering the hydraulic system. Inspect the hydraulic suction line and the hose clamps.
If necessary, tighten any loose clamps or any loose connections. Replace any damaged hoses. Conventional Method
Operate the machine in order to warm the oil.
Park the machine on level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground and apply slight downward pressure. Engage the parking brake and stop the engine.
