(3) Torque for the filter housing ... 75 5 N m (55 4 lb ft)Note: Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to threads.Note: Do not use an air wrench to tighten the filter housing. Tighten until the shoulder of the filter housing contacts the bottom of the oil filter base.Note: Lubricate the seal with the fluid that is being filtered. (4) Drain plugNote: The cover assembly can only be installed in one position. The cover assembly and the filter housing must be aligned correctly in order for the cover assembly to install properly. There is an alignment pin which will only allow the cover to be installed in the correct position. Align the arrows (A) in order to install the cover assembly correctly.
