Remove bolt (1) and hard washer (2) from the top and bottom 266-4761 Pin As of angling blade. Refer to Illustration 2 and Illustration 3.

Install new bushing (3) on the bolt joint of 266-4761 Pin As .
Install bolt (1) and hard washer (2) on the pin assembly. Tighten bolt (1) to 100 N m (74 lb ft).Rework Procedure to Install 2U-9234 Bushing on D6T (430-5002 Bulldozer Ar )

Install new bushing (3) on each of the bolt joint of the 266-4761 Pin As .
Install bolt (1) and hard washer (2) on each of the pin assemblies. Tighten bolts (1) to 100 N m (74 lb ft).The 2U-9234 Bushing is adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 3.
