Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

Remove seal (3) and O-ring seal (4) from cover (2).

Remove bolts (6). Use two people and remove adapter plate (7). The weight of adapter plate (7) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove O-ring seal (8) from adapter plate (7), if equipped.

Remove seal (9).
Use Tooling (A) and remove retaining ring (10).
Use Tooling (B) and remove retaining ring (11).
Remove O-ring seal (12).

Remove shaft assembly (13).Note: Tap shaft assembly (13) with a rubber mallet on the opposite side of the piston motor.

Remove O-ring seal (14) from shaft assembly (13).
Remove shims (15).
Remove O-ring seal (16) from shaft assembly (13).

Use a suitable press and remove bearing (17) and brake piston (18) from shaft (19).

Put identification marks on the piston motor.

Remove bolts (26) and distribution block (25).
