Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Inspect the condition of the O-ring seals. Replace the seals, if necessary.

Install O-ring seal (9). Position engine oil cooler bonnet (10) in hose assembly (6) .
Install the O-ring seals on the oil filter base. Position the core of engine oil cooler (3) on the oil filter base.
Install bolts (8) with washers and bolts (7) with washers.
Install bolts (4) with washers. Tighten hose clamp (5) .
Install the O-ring seals on elbow assembly (1) of the engine oil cooler.
Lubricate the bore lightly with glycerin. Position the elbow of the engine oil cooler on the core of engine oil cooler (3) .
Install bolts (2) and the washers.
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
