Connect the ninety degree connector of one of the coiled cables for the GPS receiver to the connector on the left hand GPS receiver.
The other end of the coiled cable has a quick disconnect connector. Connect the quick disconnect connector to the connector (19) on the left hand connector box (18). The connector (19) for the left hand GPS receiver is marked with an "L".Refer to Illustration 3.

Connect the ninety degree connector of the coiled cable for the angle sensor (22) to the connector (21) located on the angle sensor. Refer to Illustration 4.
The other end of the coiled cable has a quick disconnect connector. Connect the quick disconnect connector to the connector (20) on the left hand connector box (18). The connector (20) for the angle sensor is marked with a "T".Refer to Illustration 3.
Repeat Step 2.a through Step 2.b in order to install the right hand GPS receiver onto the right hand mast.
Connect the ninety degree connector of one of the coiled cables for the GPS receiver to the connector on the right hand GPS receiver.
The other end of the coiled cable has a quick disconnect connector. Connect the quick disconnect connector to the connector (17) on the right hand connector box (16). The connector (17) for the right hand GPS receiver is marked with an "R". Refer to Illustration 3.
Insert your data card, which contains the design information, into the slot for the data card (12) on the Display.
Press the power key (6) on the Display.The light bars will flash. This tests that the light bars are functioning and that the light bars are configured correctly. For more information, Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Light Bar Start-Up Checks".The Display checks that all system components are present and that all system components are responding correctly. If there are any problems, the "Diagnostics" dialog will appear. For more information, Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Checking System Diagnostics". When the AccuGrade GPS software is loaded, and the system checks are finished, the Plan View appears.Selecting a Design

Press the Menu key (11) until the "Designs" is displayed for the soft key 6 from the left.

Press the "Designs" soft key in order to select a design. A dialog that is similar to Illustration 6 appears.
In order to highlight a design, press the up arrow key or press the down arrow key.
Press the OK
