When reporting the repair, use "PI30036" as the Part number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI30036" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Parts Needed
If the bolt torque is correct, no parts are needed. If the bolt torque is not correct and bolt only needs to be tightened to the correct torque. No parts are needed. If the bolt torque is not correct and bolt needs to be replaced for any reason, refer to the bolt part number below:

Inspection:
* Check the bolts torque.Torque value: 1800 200 N m.* If a loose or undertorqued bolt (s) is found: 1. Remove the bolt.2. Clean the swing gear bearing surface.3. Install the new bolt (s) without any additional antiseize compound nor Locktite.Group 2 - Inner bolts
Inspection:
* Through the inspection trap located at the front on the upper frame underneath the boom cylinder hoses, check the bolts torque. Torque value: 1800 200 N m.* If a loose or undertorqued bolt (s) is found: 1. Remove the bolts.2. Clean the swing gear bearing surface.3. Install the new bolts by applying antiseize compound to the bolt threads.Owner Notification
