Install pistons (28) to retainer plate (29) .

Carefully install barrel assembly (27) to the pump housing.

Put the swing pump in a suitable press, as shown. Install a large socket to the barrel assembly, as shown. Compress the barrel assembly in order to allow the installation of adjustment screw (25) . Install the adjustment screw to the pump housing. Release the compression on the barrel assembly. tighten nut (26) .
