If the engine serial number is below 9DG2306,follow the service manual guidelines to R & I the high pressure HEUIoil pump. Remove the existing HEUI pump and install a 10R3044 replacementpump.
Re-flash the engine software to 258-2347.
If the engine serial number is9DG02306through 9DG2399, re-flash the engine software to 258-2347. Do not replacethe pump within this serial number range.
