Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic oil cooler core (7) , as shown. Install hydraulic oil cooler core (7). The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler core (7) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).
Install side channels (9) and install lower bolts (8) .

Install a suitable lifting device to radiator (6) , as shown. Install the radiator (6). The weight of radiator (6) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).

Install shroud (5) and install side bolts (3). Install the top channel and install bolts (1) for top channel (2). Install hose (4) onto the radiator.End By: Install the hydraulic oil cooler and radiator assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler and Radiator - Install".
