Mark actuator group (102) for assembly purposes. Remove bolts (103) .

Install Tooling (A). Remove bolts (103). Use two people in order to remove actuator group (102). The weight of actuator group (104) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove cartridge (111). Remove O-ring seal (112) from cartridge (111). Remove washer (110). Remove solenoid (109). Remove bolts (108). Remove plates (107). Remove O-ring seal (106). Remove springs (105). Remove spool (104) .

Position actuator group (102) in a suitable press and apply slight pressure to retainer (115). Remove retaining ring (116) with Tooling (B) .
