The 2D Cat® Grade Control System on Excavators is designed for earth moving equipment in the construction application. The machine models with the serial numbers listed on first page of this document can be ordered with the 2D advanced and a 3D system factory installed to expand the functionality and the applicability of the system. However these machine models come with the 2D system. The system will provide information to assist the operator to maintain an accurate bucket guidance according to the project requirement.System Architect
