This Program can be administered eitherbefore or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply theProgram is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS41939"as the Part number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered beforefailure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" asthe SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as theWarranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. Although this Program is to be administeredas described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed fromparts stock as soon as possible. The information supplied in this serviceletter may not be valid after the termination date of this program. The fuel gauge could read one quater full whenthe tank is empty on certain TH220B and TH330B Telehandlers. This is dueto the fuel tank sender float interfering with the fuel tank wall.AFFECTED PRODUCT

***** Parts Stock *****Remove all 221-0959 Sender Assemblies fromparts stock. The sender assemblies are date coded by a label on the flange.The date code is listed as week/year. Sender assemblies that have a 27/05date code or lower on the flange, need to be removed from stock.***** Affected Product *****
Ensure that the fuel tank is only half full.
Open the machine service door.
Remove the two flexable fuel pipes at the fuelsender.
Dissconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the 6 retaining screws and remove the senderunit.
Replace with a new sender. The new sender unithas the same part number. However, this has a revised float angle and newcalibration settings.
Fasten the sender unit with the retaining screws.
Replace the fuel pipes and electrical connector.
