Removal Procedure
Start By:a.Remove the transport guard.
Personal injury can result from rotating and moving parts.Stay clear of all rotating and moving parts.Never attempt adjustments while the machine is moving or the engine is running unless otherwise specified.The machine must be parked on a level surface and the engine stopped.

Position the felling head with the ski assemblies to ground level.
Remove nuts (1) and bolts (2) from ski assembly (3). Repeat for the remaining ski assembly.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the felling head. The weight of the felling head is approximately 2650 kg (5843 lb).
Lift the felling head to remove the ski assemblies .

Reposition the filling head onto a suitable cribbing.
Remove bolts (5) from disc saw (6).
Lift the filling head to remove disc saw (6).
Reposition the filling head onto a suitable cribbing.Installation Procedure
Install disc saw (6) in the reverse order of removal.
