Rework Procedure
Inspection Procedure:
1. Inspect the package date code label on the outside of the box (Image 1.1.1) of all 10R8154, 10R8155, 10R8156, and 10R8157 cylinder packs in dealer parts stock. The first nine characters of the date code indicate the Day, Month, and Year. Determine if the date code falls in the range of D01M07Y10 through D04M11Y10 (01 July 2010 thru 04 November 2010).
- If the date code on the package IS within the date code range of D01M07Y10 through D04M11Y10 (01 July 2010 thru 04 November 2010), proceed to Step 2 of the Inspection Procedure.
- If the date code on the package IS NOT within the date code range of D01M07Y10 through D04M11Y10 (01 July 2010 thru 04 November 2010), mark the outside of the package to indicate it has been inspected according to this program, PI7#### / REBE6777, and return to dealer parts stock. No further action is required, the cylinder pack may be used "as-is".
