Remove the crankshaft front seal.
Remove the camshaft.

Remove bolts (1) and remove engine mount (2).

Remove bolts (3) and bolts (4). Remove bolts (5) that connect the front of the oil pan to the front housing.

Remove front housing (6). Installation Procedure
Install front housing (6) in the reverse order of removal.

Clean the joint face on front housing (6) with Tooling (A).
Apply Tooling (B) to the joint face. Allow the primer to dry for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
Apply Tooling (C) in a bead with a width of 3.0 0.5 mm (0.12 0.02 inch) to the joint face. Refer to Illustration 4. Spread the sealant uniformly. Front housing (6) must be installed within 10 minutes of applying the sealant.
