Pave solenoid (1) may need to be reoriented to provide clearance for the increased height of the relief valve hex head.Remove the 135-6281 Check Valve (2) and replace with 135-6282 Relief Valve.For AP-1055B, BG-2455C, AP-1050B, and BG-245C machines listed above that have serial numbers above ABB00183, ACM00249, 6ZN00194, and 4XN00122 respectively, an additional 5T-3132 spacer block is required to allow for installation of the thermal relief valve. As shown in the photo below, this spacer block is necessary to prevent the head of the newly installed thermal relief valve from interfering with the paver ventilation ducting. Currently the 5T-3132 block is not available through the Morton parts system, however parts stock has been requested and they should be available in the near future. Dimensions (given in millimeters) to fabricate the 5T-3132 spacer block are given in the following illustration. To install the manifold with the spacer block, two longer 4L-9337 bolts are required. For these longer bolts to clear the hydraulic tank during installation, the two holes in the angle-iron mounting bracket must first be slotted so they are approximately 18 mm long.
