2. Remove eleven bolts (1) and cover (2). 3. Disconnect two hydraulic lines (3).4. Remove six bolts (4) and remove valve (5). The following steps are to install the track motor brake valve.5. Position valve (5) onto track motor and secure with six bolts (4).6. Connect two hydraulic lines (3).7. Position cover (2) and secure with eleven bolts (1).8. Fill hydraulic tank with clean oil.Disassemble And Assemble Track Motor Brake Valve
Start By:a. remove track motor brake valve 1. Remove four bolts to remove cover (1).2. Remove seal (2) from cover (1).3. Remove spool assembly (3) from valve body (4).4. Remove two seals (5).5. Remove four bolts to remove cover (7) and seal (6). 6. From spool assembly (3) remove bolt (12), spring retainer (11), spring (10), spring retainer (9) and spool (8). The following steps are to assemble the track brake valve.7. On spool (8) replace spring retainer (9), spring (10), spring retainer (11) and bolt (12).8. Place new seal (6) into cover (7) and install four bolts to secure cover to valve body (4).9. Install new seals (5) into valve body (4).10. Lubricate spool assembly (3) with clean hydraulic oil and install into valve body (4).11. Install new seal (2) into cover (1) and with four bolts secure cover (1) to valve body (4).End By:a. install track motor brake valve
