1. Remove two electrical connectors (1).2. Remove four bolts (2) and remove valve (3). The following steps are to install the hammer solenoid valve.3. Position valve (3) on manifold and secure with four bolts (2).4. Install two electrical connectors (1).Disassemble And Assemble Hammer Solenoid Valve
Start By:a. remove hammer solenoid valve 1. Remove eight bolts (8, two magnets (7) and two "O"-ring seals (6).2. From valve body (2), remove two orifices (5), spring (4), sleeve (3) and piston (1). The following steps are to assemble the hammer solenoid valve.3. In valve body (2), install piston (1), sleeve (3), one orifice (5), spring (4) and the other orifice (5).4. Install two new "O"-ring seals (6) on magnet (7) and use eight bolts (8) to install the two magnets (7) onto valve body (2).End By:a. install hammer solenoid valve
