1. Disconnect hydraulic line (1) and (3). Disconnect wires (4). Remove two bolts (2). Remove boom lowering vent valve. The following steps are for the installation of the boom lowering vent valve.2. Position boom lowering vent valve in and install two bolts (2). Connect wires (4) and hydraulic lines (1) and (3).Disassemble And Assemble Boom Lowering Vent Valve
Start By:a. remove boom lowering vent valve. 1. Remove plug (1) and cap (2). 2. Remove "O"-ring seal (3), solenoid (4), four bolts (5) and fitting (7) out of housing (6). 3. Remove shaft (8). 4. Remove three "O"-ring seals (9). 5. Remove spring (10) and "O"-ring seal (11). The following steps are to assemble the boom lowering vent valve.6. Install spring (10) and "O"-ring seal (11).7. Install three "O"-ring seals (9).8. Install shaft (8).9. Install housing (6) with four bolts (5). Install fitting (7) with new "O"-ring seal. Install solenoid (4) and seal (3).10.
