(6) Blade Lift And Drive Pinion
Lubricate 4 fittings. 1 fitting at each blade lift shaft and drive pinion on each side.(7) Ball And Socket Joints And Blade Lift Shafts
Lubricate 8 fittings. Lubricate ball sockets at each end of lift arms, each end of center shift link and lift arm shaft bearings.(8) Center Shift Pinion And Rack
Lubricate 4 fittings. Lubricate 1 fitting for pinion shaft.Lubricate 2 fittings on back of rack. Lubricate 1 fitting on front of rack.(9) Circle Reverse Drive Shaft
Lubricate 1 fitting.(10) Wheel Lean Shaft And Bevel Pinion Housing
Lubricate 6 fittings. Lubricate 1 fitting on control shaft. Lubricate 1 fitting for control shaft support bearing. Lubricate 4 fittings on the housing.(11) Scarifier
Lubricate 7 fittings. Lubricate 1 fitting on control shaft. Lubricate 3 fittings on left side of machine.Lubricate 3 fittings on right side of machine.(12) Axle Pivot And Wheel Lean Bearings
Lubricate 11 fittings. Lubricate 1 fitting at rear of axle pivot pin. Lubricate 1 fitting for axle pivot pin at front and 3 fittings for wheel lean housing and rack. Lubricate 3 fittings on each side of machine for wheel lean pivot pins.(13) Steering Cylinder
Lubricate 3 fittings, 1 fitting in cylinder rod and 2 fittings in cylinder pivots.(14) Draft Ball And Steering Gear
Lubricate 3 fittings, 1 fitting on each side of draft ball and 1 fitting for steering gear shaft in bolster housing.(15) Steering Tie Rods, Arm And Block
Lubricate 10 fittings. Lubricate 3 fittings at each front wheel. Lubricate 2 fittings, 1 on each tie rod. Lubricate 2 fittings on steering block.(16) Lean Pivot And Pivot Pins
Lubricate 4 fittings. 1 on top and 1 on bottom, at each front wheel.(17) Circle, Shoes And Spacer
Apply clean lubricant with a paddle.(18) Batteries
Batteries give off flammable fumes that can explode. Do not smoke when observing electrolyte level. Electrolyte is an acid and can cause personal injury if it contacts skin or eyes.
At proper charge rate, battery will not require more than 1 ounce (30 cc) of water per cell per week. Clean batteries. Maintain electrolyte level to bottom of filler opening.
