Lockout Function
The 150-7700 Tachometer incorporates a lockout function that will disable the" mode" key and the setpoint adjust keys. The lockout function for the "mode" key and for the setpoint adjust keys can be independently turned ON. The keys are turned to the OFF together.Note: In order to perform the procedures, the gauge must be powered and the gauge must be in the normal mode.Lock Out the "Mode"Key
Press and hold the "ENTER" key and the "ESC" key together. Then press the "MODE" key. The gauge will momentarily display "SAVE". Then, the display will return to the normal mode. The normal mode will disable the "mode" key and all of the associated setup and calibration functions.Lock Out Changes of the Setpoint Values
Press and hold the "ENTER" and "ESC" keys together. Then press the "SETPTS" key. The gauge will momentarily display "SAVE". Then, the display will return to the normal mode. The normal mode will allow the user to view the setpoint values but normal mode will lock out any changes.Unlock the Configuration, Calibration and Setpoints
Press and hold the "ENTER" and "ESC" keys together. Then, press the down key. The gauge will momentarily display "SAVE". Then, the display will return to the normal mode. The normal mode will allow the user to view the setpoint values but the normal mode will lock out any changes.
