Remove bolt (11) with the washer.

Loosen bolts (12). Remove bolts (14) and panel (13) .

At in-line refrigerant dryer (15), disconnect hose assembly (16) at the quick coupler. Remove bolt (17) with the washer in order to disconnect the hose clip. Move the hose aside.

Remove bolt (20) with the washer in order to disconnect ground strap (19). Disconnect harness assembly (18) .

Loosen three screws (22) (not shown) and disconnect harness assemblies (21) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (23). Disconnect test hoses (24) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (25) and (26) .

Disconnect steering hose assemblies (27). Note the location and remove cable strap (28) .

Note: Close the shut off valves for the heater hoses. Use a suitable clamping device on the heater hoses if the heater hoses are not equipped with shut off valves.
Disconnect hose assembly (29) from the air conditioner. Disconnect hose assembly (33) from water valve (32). Disconnect air conditioner hose assembly (31) from refrigerant accumulator (30) .

Disconnect hose assembly (34) for the steering pump.

Install Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to cab (35). The weight of cab (35) is approximately 980 kg (2160 lb). Carefully take up the tension, but do not lift the cab at this time.

Remove cotter pin (36) from each end of mounting pin (37) at the front right side and at the rear right side of the cab.
