For all models:- Remove inspection cover (A) in grain tank.
For all models: - Close the fuel shutoff valve on the dieselfuel tank.- Remove and discard fuel line (B).
For allmodels:
- Bolt new fuel hose (1) with new O-ring seal(3) to electric pump (C).
For models 450 and 470 only:
- Install fuel line (1) on fuel tank as shownand retain with existing clamps (D).
- Bolt on mounting angle (6) with hex. bolt(9), contact washer (12), and hex. nut (10) instead of clip (E).
- Attach fuel line (1) and harness (F) to mountingangle (6) using double clip (7), hex. bolt (8), contact washer (11), andhex. nut (10).
For types460 and 465, only:
- Attach new fuel line (1) again to correspondingsupports (G) as shown.
For allmodels:
- Relocate fuel line (1) (return from bypassvalve) to the top of the fuel tank. Remove the hollow bolt from the returnconnection (H) and discard. Screw on existing return line (I) and returnline of fuel line (1) to return connection (H) using new hollow bolt (4)and new O-ring seals (2).
For all models:
- Route fuel line (1) underneath radiator framebehind engine towards injection pump, and bolt on using existing hollowscrew (J) and new O-ring seals. Attach fuel line (1) using the existingclamps (K).
- Complete procedure by:
performing a test run
checking the system for leaks
