(4) Put 2G3494 Hose Assembly (9) in position down the right side and along the bottom of the radiator. Install three 6D4636 Clips (10); use existing bolts except for a T102 Bolt and 3B4506 Lockwasher at location (G). Remove the existing 6D1641 Clips and install two 9S2310 Clips (11) along the bottom of the radiator as shown. Install 7K1181 Plastic Straps as necessary.Receiver Dryer And Lines (772B - 773B)
(1) Cut two lengths of 5P1976 Seal (1) at 9.65" (245) and install on 8D7644 Clamps (2). Install receiver dryer (3) with clamps (2), two 1B4971 Spacers (4), L2070 Bolts and 3B4506 Lockwashers. (2) Put 2G1181 Hose Assembly (5) through opening (A) and install 5F9144 Seal (6) on the end as shown. Connect hose (5) to the air conditioner unit. Connect the existing heater hoses at locations (B) and (C). (3) Connect hose (5) to the receiver dryer at location (D) with a 5F9144 Seal. Connect 2G1392 Wire Assembly (installed earlier) to low pressure cut-off switch (7) on the receiver dryer. Connect 2G1177 Hose Assembly from the condenser to the receiver dryer with a 5F9144 Seal at location (E). Install 2G1179 Hose Assembly (8) to the air conditioner unit with a 5L4758 Seal at location (F) as shown. (4) Put 2G1178 Hose Assembly (9) down the right side and along the bottom of the radiator. Install three 6D4636 Clips down the right side with existing bolts. Remove the existing 6D1641 Clips and install four 9S2310 Clips (10) along the bottom and the left side as shown.Installation Of Refrigerant Compressor
(1) Remove bolt (1) from clip (2). Install 4N6303 Support (3) with four S1590 Bolts (4). Install clip (2) at location (A). Remove bolt (5) and the washer. Install 1S4698 Rod (6) with S1589 Bolt (7) and 5P8247 Washer. (2) Install 1P2249 Bracket (8) and 4N6166 Bracket (9) on the compressor with 1A2343 Bolts and 9M1974 Washers. Install 4N6164 Bracket (10) with 1A2029 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. Install 8N3525 Spacer (11) as shown. (3) Install the compressor on bracket (3) with 7B3235 Bolt (12) and 5P8245 Washer. Install a S1595 Bolt and 5P8245 Washer at location (B). Loosely install 1A2029 Bolt (13) and a 5M2894 Washer. Install 1D4720 Nut (14), 8S5383 Block (15) and 1D4720 Nut (16). Install 2B947 Bolt (17), 1D4719 Nut and a 5P8245 Washer. Install 3P130 Vee Belt (18). Remove cover (19). Install 6V879 Fitting (20) and 6V880 Fitting (21) with 1H8171 Seals and install cover (19) with L639 Bolt (22) and 8M9024 Washer. Install 2G3504 Harness Assembly (23) [use 2G1391 Harness Assembly on the 772B-773B]. Tighten the belt and all bolts. (4) Connect 2G3504 Harness Assembly (23) [2G1391 Harness Assembly - 772B, 773B] to the receiver dryer at location (C). Connect the ground wire. (5) Connect 2G3494 Hose Assembly (24) [2G1178 Hose Assembly - 772B, 773B] from the condenser to fitting (20) with a 6M5062 Seal.
