Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to spider assembly (20). The weight of spider assembly (20) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Position spider assembly (20) and install bolts (21).

Install shroud (19).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (10). The weight of fan assembly (10) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb) . Position fan assembly (10).
Install bolts (18). Repeat for the opposite side.

Install bolts (17) to secure fan assembly (10).

Install brace (16). Repeat for the opposite side.

Install bracket (15).

Connect hose assemblies (14). Install cover (13).

Install tubes (12) as a unit.

Install tubes (6) and (11). Connect hoses (7) and (8). Secure hose (8) to fan assembly (10). Install support (9).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (4). The weight of hood assembly (4) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Position hood assembly (4) and install bolts (5).

Close access door (3). Install bolts (2). Close the front access door on the left side.

Install guard (1).
Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , " Refill - Capacities".
Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , " Cooling System Cooling (ELC) - Change".
