Remove Water Pump
START BY:a) remove hood1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system. 2. Remove left hand guard assembly (1) from radiator. 3. Loosen three hose clamps (3) and (4). Slide hose (2) on the water line inlet pipe. Slide hose from the water pump. 4. Remove bolt (7) and clamp (8) from water pump. Loosen clamp (5) and remove hose (6) from fitting.5. Remove bolts (9) that fasten the water pump elbow to the cylinder head. 6. Remove two bolts (10) that fasten water pump to the timing gear cover. Remove water pump (11).Install Water Pump
1. Inspect the gasket (1) on elbow and make a replacement if damaged.2. Put water pump (2) in position and install four mounting bolts. 3. Install hose (3) on fitting and tighten clamp (4). Put clip on hose and install in position on the water pump housing. 4. Slide hoses (7) and (5) on the water pump and elbow and tighten hose clamps (6) and (8). 5. Install left hand guard assembly (9).6. Fill radiator to the correct coolant level.END BY:a) install hood
