Release the track tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track-Check/Adjust".

Note: Note the orientation of spacers (2) for installation purposes. The beveled edges of spacers (2) must be installed toward weld (4) .
If necessary, remove bolts (3) and spacers (2). Remove guard assembly (1) .

Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of machine. Position Tooling (B) under the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .

Using Tooling (A) to raise the rear of the machine. Position Tooling (B) under the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .

If necessary, remove guard assembly (5) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C). Position Tooling (C) against track roller (6). The weight of track roller (6) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Remove bolts (7). Remove track roller (6) .Installation Procedure
Install track roller (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).
