Start By:a. remove track roller frames 1. Fasten a hoist and suitable lifting device to shaft assembly (1). Remove bolts (2). Install two 7/8 " - 9 NC forcing screws in shaft assembly (1). Tighten the forcing screws evenly, and remove shaft assembly (1). The weight of the shaft assembly is 62.5 kg (137.50 lb).2. If necessary, remove ring (3) from shaft assembly (1). The following steps are for installation of the pivot shafts.3. If ring (3) was removed from the shaft assembly, heat the ring to a maximum temperature of 135° C (275° F). Use temperature resistant gloves and install ring (3) on shaft assembly (1).4. Put 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the surface of shaft assembly (1) that fits in the counterbore in the main frame case.5. Fasten a hoist and suitable lifting device to shaft assembly (1). Put the shaft assembly in position on the frame, and install bolts (2).End By:a. install track roller frames
