Engine Hood
Illustration 1 g01265522Use the handle in order to unlatch the hood for the engine. This will allow access to the engine and major components.Prop Rod for the Engine Hood
Illustration 2 g01636923When the engine hood is open remove pin (2) and raise prop rod (1). Replace pin (2) in order to lock prop rod (1) in the up position. This prevents the engine hood from closing. In order to close the engine hood, remove pin (2) and lower prop rod (1). Replace pin (2) in order to lock prop rod (1) in the down position.Engine Side Cover
Illustration 3 g01637874There is one engine side cover (3) on each side of the engine. The engine side cover (3) can be removed in order to create easier access to engine components.Each side cover is held on by four knobs (4). Unscrew the knobs (4) in order to remove the engine side cover.
